The Southwest Wisconsin Community Action Program will hold an open house for its Neighborhood Health Partners clinic at its temporary location in the first floor of the Platteville Municipal Building, 5 W. Mineral St., Tuesday from 4 to 6 p.m.

The clinic has relocated to the former police station in the Municipal Building while the Library Block project is under construction. The clinic will be moving to the current library after the new library is built.
