Loud at the Library Friday

The Platteville Public Library Foundation will hold Loud @ the Library on April 15 at the library, 65 S. Elm St., Friday from 6 to 10:30 p.m.

This special after-hours events will feature books, bands and beer. 

Admission is $20 and will include entertainment, snacks and beer bracelet. Musical performances include folk artist Liam O’Brian and local folk-rock band Spare the Pig. Tickets are on sale at the library circulation desk and Driftless Market, 95 W. Main St. All ticket sales benefit the Our Library, Our Future campaign. 

“On April 15, we are inviting adults from the surrounding Platteville community  to live out a childhood dream of getting loud at the Platteville Public Library,” said Betsy Ralph-Tollefson, a member of the library Board of Trustees.
