'Love' exhibition opens in Gays Mills

There is a new exhibition on the theme of love coming to the Gays Mills Arts Collective. “To & From the Heart” opens with a reception on Saturday, February 2 from 2 to 6 p.m.

Valentine-making workshops will be held in the neighboring Annex space for children and adults of all ages from 2-5 p.m. on Feb. 2 and 9.

Love themed food and snacks will be available during the reception.

The ‘Love’ show will continue through Sunday, March 3. Area artists with love themed art are invited to participate in the show.

Future plans at the Gays Mills Arts Collective include a show of member artists’ work in March and an Earth Day event and exhibition in April.

Open hours are Thursday through Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., or by appointment or chance. Please call the Gallery to confirm open hours if you are traveling from a distance. The Gays Mills Mercantile Center is wheelchair accessible.
