Alan (Fred) Z. Applebee, 63, of Maquoketa, Iowa, passed away on Monday, May 7, 2018 at his home in Maquoketa, Iowa. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, June 10, 2018 at the American Legion in Soldiers Grove from 12 noon to 4 p.m. Everyone is welcome to bring a dish to pass and please wear your favorite shade of blue. A Natural Journey Farewell with cremation has taken place.
