Allen W. Hackett, age 97 of Boscobel, passed away Sunday, July 3, 2022, at his home in Crawford County, while spending the day with his family.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 23, 2022 at 11 a.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Boscobel, Pastor Rich McLeer officiating. Burial will follow the service at the Boscobel Cemetery. Friends may call at the church on Saturday, July 23, 2022 from 9 a.m. until the time of service. Military honors will be accorded by the Blake-Semrad  American Legion Post #134 and  Gilbertson-Pitzer-Radley VFW Post #10393 both of Boscobel. In lieu of flowers memorials can be given in his name to the Boscobel Rescue Squad, St. John’s Lutheran Church in Boscobel or the Boscobel Cemetery Association in Boscobel.
