Alma L. Teasdale 89, of Shullsburg, died at her home Thursday, Aug. 28, 2014 with her family at her side. Alma was born in White Oak Springs, near the farm where she and her husband, Orville, farmed for more than 40 years. She was the daughter of Percy and Della (Haser) Sedgwick.

Funeral service was 1 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 3, at Furlong Funeral Home, Shullsburg where friends called after 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Friends called from 3 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 2, at Furlong Funeral Home, Shullsburg. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery, Shullsburg.

Alma’s family is grateful for the care and support from Upland Hills Hospice, Dr. Debbie Cihak and the staff at Midwest Medical Center, Galena, Ill.
