Arnold Neil Sakshaug, 86, Bismarck, N.D., passed away on Sept. 5 at St. Gabriel’s Community.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Sept. 10 at 10:30 a.m. at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Bismarck, with Rev. Craig Schweitzer officiating. Internment service at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery south of Mandan, N.D., is scheduled for 1 p.m. Visitation was Tuesday, Sept. 9 from 4–8 p.m. at Parkway Funeral Service, 2330 Tyler Parkway, with a prayer service at 7 p.m. Visitation will continue on Wednesday one hour prior to the service at the church.
