LANCASTER – Betty Guinn, age 94, of Lancaster, passed peacefully, on March 23, 2026, at Orchard Manor Nursing Home. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Kramer-Grau Funeral Homes & Crematory in Lancaster with Pastor Mark Hoehne officiating.  Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery, Lancaster.  Family and friends may visit on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services at the funeral home.
