Brady Ray Jacobs, 23 days, Boscobel, died on Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at Mayo Clinic Hospital in Rochester, Minn., due to complications from a hypo plastic left ventricle. The funeral service was held at noon on Monday, May 19, 2014 at the Larson Family Funeral Home in Fennimore with burial in the Prairie Cemetery. Brady’s uncle, Pastor Scott Jacobs with the Apostolic Lighthouse Church of Prairie du Chien, officiated. The Larson Family Funeral Home of Fennimore assisted the family.
