Carroll J. Lisney, 92, of Davis, Illinois, passed away at home with his family at his side on November 4, 2021. 

Services were held on November 9 at Daughenbaugh Funeral Home in Dakota, Illinois, with a visitation and a service that followed. Pastor Bob Kolb of Faith Community Church of Davis officiated. Burial took place at Davis cemetery, next to his wife.
