Charles Stagman, 90, Bagley, passed away on Saturday, April 18, 2020, at Orchard Manor Nursing Home, rural Lancaster.  
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.  Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory in Bloomington is entrusted with his care.
