Charles S. “Chuck” Weist Jr., 45, Fennimore, died on Tuesday afternoon, July 12, 2016, in the town of Sterling in Vernon Co., as a result of an automobile accident.

Funeral services were held Monday July 18, 2016 at the Fennimore United Methodist Church. Burial followed in the Prairie Cemetery.

In lieu of plants and flowers a memorial fund is being established for his children at American Bank, 1055 Lincoln Ave. Fennimore, WI 53809.
