Cindy J. Novinskie, 61, of Lancaster, passed away on Saturday, Aug. 29, 2020, at Mercy One in Dubuque, Iowa.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday, Sept. 5, 2020, at 11 a.m. at Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory in Lancaster with the Amazing Dennis Landon officiating. Burial will be at a later date.
