Connie L. Franklin, 68, Prairie du Chien, passed away Thursday, Dec. 14 due to complications from frontal temporal dementia.

Funeral services were Monday, Dec. 18 at 11:30 a.m. at the Garrity Funeral Home Chapel in Prairie du Chien. Deacon Pat Malanaphy officiated. Interment was at the Rock Church Cemetery in Livingston.
