Dale J. Monahan, age 69, of Shullsburg, passed away Thursday, May 15, 2014, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison. He was born July 20, 1944 in Shullsburg the son of Edward and Rose (Schemehorn) Monahan.

Funeral services were held Saturday, May 17, 2014, at 3:00 p.m. at O’Flahrity-Erickson Funeral Home, 235 North Judgement Street in Shullsburg with Rev. Joji Reddy of St. Matthew’s Catholic Church officiating. Burial was in St. Matthew’s Cemetery in rural Shullsburg. A visitation was held Saturday, May 17, 2014, from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. followed directly by the funeral services at the funeral home.
