Dewey E. Bockhop, 60, Cuba City, formerly of Belmont, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, Sept. 24 at Southwest Health in Platteville.

Funeral services were at 11 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 29 at the Peace Lutheran Church in Belmont. Rev. Connie Matye officiated. Burial was at the Belmont Cemetery. Visitation was from 2–7 p.m. on Sunday at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory in Platteville. The family wished everyone to wear clothing of their favorite sports team. Friends also called from 10 a.m. until the time of the service on Monday at the church. Following the services, there was a time of fellowship and lunch at the Sport’s Page in Belmont.
