Dr. Donald O. Tregoning was born in Dubuque, Iowa, on Sept. 24, 1938, and passed away in Tulsa, Okla., on April 5, 2014. Son of Orville and Ermine (Happy) Tregoning, Don grew up on the family farm in Shullsburg.
