Wendell E. Smith, 93, of Muscoda died on Sunday, May 24, 2026, at Dove Healthcare in Fennimore.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 5, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at the United Church of Muscoda Presbyterian.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 5, 2026, at the United Church of Muscoda, Presbyterian from 1-3 p.m.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be directed to the family to be used for community betterment in the greater Riverdale community.

The Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service is assisting the family with their arrangements.
