Evelyn A. Mindham, 93, Boscobel, died on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at the Good Samaritan Society in Fennimore.

Funeral services were held on Monday November 23, 2015 at the United Methodist Church in Mt. Zion. Pastor Stan Pegram officiated. Burial  was in the Haney Ridge Cemetery, Crawford County. 

The Kendall Funeral Service in Boscobel was in charge of arrangements.
