Frederick A. Washburn, 82, Livingston, died unexpectedly on Thursday, Oct. 11, 2012 at the Grant Regional Health Center in Lancaster. The funeral service was held at 2 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 15 at the Montfort United Methodist Church with burial in the Rock Church Cemetery, rural Livingston. Pastor Gary Benzschawel officiated.
