Genevieve H. Netz, 96, a resident of Silver City, New Mexico and formerly of rural Blue River, died Saturday, April 15 after a short illness.

The family would like to extend an invitation for a Celebration of Life at the Buckhorn Oprah House in Pinos Altos, NM on August 6, 2017 at 3 p.m.

A memorial service and committal will be at Ft. Bayard National Cemetery at 11 a.m., August 7, 2017.

In lieu of flowers the family has suggested memorials in Genevieve’s name be sent for the gardens at Sunset Vista at 3650 N Fowler Ave., Silver City, New Mexico c/o Elizabeth Sircy or to “Meals on Wheels at Grant County Silver City Senior Center.”
