Winkers, 82, of Lancaster died on Thursday, Dec. 22, 2011 at Grant Regional Health Center, Lancaster.   Funeral services were 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 27 at the Melby-Bendorf Funeral Home & Crematory, Platteville.
