Grace Lorraine Murphy, 97, of Gays Mills, formerly of Rolling Ground, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 11, 2017 surrounded by her family. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, December 14, 2017 at 11 a.m. at St. Philip Catholic Church, rural Soldiers Grove, near Rolling Ground. Father Zacharie Beya officiated. Burial was in the church cemetery. The family wishes to thank Bland-Bekkedal Hospice Care for their loving care of Grace during her final journey. In lieu of flowers, the family asks to remember Grace by donating to St. Philip Cemetery Association, St. Philip Parish, Bland-Bekkedal Hospice, North Crawford Rescue Squad or Ocooch Mountain Rescue.
