Harvey P. Welsh, 90, Muscoda, died Friday, Aug, 4, at Monroe Clinic Hospice Home. Funeral services were held Wednesday, Aug 9, 2017 at St. John and Baptist Catholic Church in Muscoda and burial followed in the church cemetery.
