Jacob F. Richter, 87, of Janesville, died peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2016, at St. Mary’s Janesville Hospital, due to complications of pneumonia and kidney failure.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2017, at St. John Vianney Catholic Church.Rev. Tom Marr officiated. Interment was on Wednesday in Boscobel Cemetery, Boscobel.
