Jacob J. Shepherd, 22, of Platteville, died on Friday, Nov. 15.

Funeral services will be at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 20 at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory in Platteville. Pastor MaryAnn Floerke will officiate.
