Jeannie Phalen, age 86, of Lancaster, Wisconsin, passed away on Tuesday, October 4, 2022, at Divine Rehabilitation and Nursing Home in Fenimore. A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Monday, October 10, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Clement Catholic Church in Lancaster with Father William Vernon officiating.  Visitation will be at St Clement Catholic Church, Monday, October 10, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. until time of services, where an 8:45 a.m. rosary will be prayed.  A luncheon will be held at the St Clement Dining Hall after the service.  Burial will be held in St Clement Cemetery, Lancaster, after the luncheon.  Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory in Lancaster is assisting the family.
