Jessie J. Welch, 81, of Janesville, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loved ones on Thursday, November 30, 2017. A memorial service honoring and celebrating Jessie’s life will be held at noon on Saturday, December 16, 2017 with Rev. Jerry Amstutz officiating. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home. A luncheon will follow the service in the community room at the funeral home.
