POTOSI—Joseph L. “Joe” McCarthy, age 48 of Potosi, passed away Monday, Aug. 5, 2019, at the Grant Regional Health Center in Lancaster from complications of childhood injuries. 
A celebration of Joe’s life will be held on Saturday, Sept. 21, at 1 p.m. at the Hartman family farm, 6987 Reynolds Ridge Rd., Potosi. In lieu of plants and flowers, memorials may be given in Joe’s name to the Southwest Opportunities Center, Inc., 1600 Industrial Park Road, P.O.
