Kathleen Anne ‘Zelpha’ ‘Kate’ Wardell, 64, of Muscoda left this world peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, on Wednesday, December 6, 2017, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 16, at 11:00 a.m. at Pratt Memorial Chapel in Richland Center, with burial to follow in the Avoca Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Friday, December 15, at Pratt Memorial Chapel from 4:00-7:00 p.m. and again on Saturday, December 16, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:00 a.m. Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service is assisting the family with arrangements.
