Kenneth B. Johnson, age 81, of Calamine, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2013, at Memorial Hospital of Lafayette County in Darlington, with his daughters beside him. He was born Nov. 19, 1931 in Willow Springs Township in Lafayette County, the son of James “Doc” and Cora (Bennett) Johnson. Funeral services were held Friday, Feb. 1, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. at Darlington United Methodist Church, 546 Main Street in Darlington with Rev. Larry Hakes officiating.
