Kenneth A. Parr, age 58 of Darlington, died on Friday, Jan. 25, 2013 at his home with his family at his side following a battle with cancer. He was born on Feb. 6, 1954 on a Naval base in Oakland, Calif. to Donald R. and Beverly (Smith) Parr. He graduated from Ponaganset High School in Rhode Island in 1972. On August 3, 1996, Ken married Helen M. Burris Hagen in Hollandale.  Funeral Services were held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2013 in Darlington.
