Loren Joseph Welsh, 85, Prairie du Chien and formerly of Fennimore, died on Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2016, at Gundersen Hospital in La Crosse.

    The funeral service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 12, 2016, at St. Peter Lutheran Church in Fennimore. Burial with military honors will be in the Prairie Cemetery. Pastor Kristi Ursin will officiate. Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 11, 2016 at the Larson Family Funeral Home in Fennimore and from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the church on Saturday morning.
