MOUNT HOPE—Marion Lucille Welsh, age 89, of Mount Hope, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 7, 2014, at The Finley Hospital in Dubuque, Iowa. 

Funeral services will be on Thursday, Sept. 11, at 11 a.m. at the Mount Hope United Methodist Church with Pastor Lance Wetter officiating. Burial will be in Hermitage Cemetery, Mount Hope Township.  Family and friends may call on Thursday from 10 a.m. until time of services at the church. In lieu of plants and flowers, a Marion L.
