Marshall E. “Mike” Anderson, 96, of Argyle passed away Sunday, Nov. 11, 2012, at Sienna Crest Assisted Living, Inc. in Darlington. He was born Oct. 24, 1916 in Lafayette County, the son of Edward and Clara (Vick) Anderson. Mike lived in the Argyle area all of his life, where he farmed for over 20 years. Funeral services will be held Thursday, Nov. 15, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. at Yellowstone Lutheran Church, 4472 Saints Road in Blanchardville with Rev. Daniel L. Bohlman officiating. Burial will be in Yellowstone Cemetery in Blanchardville. A visitation was held Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2012, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Full obituary in the November 15, 2012 issue of the Republican Journal.
