Martha A. Neis, age 84, of Bloomington, passed away Monday, May 11, 2026, at Stone Hill Community in Dubuque, Iowa.

There will be a private Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Bloomington.  Father Sushakar Dedvarapu will officiate.  In lieu of plants and flowers, memorials may be given to the West Grant Rescue Squad. Cards of condolences in Martha’s memory may be mailed to Melby Funeral Home, P.O. Box 245, Platteville, Wisconsin 53818.
