Mary Lane (Azim) Portwine, 81, Muscoda, died peacefully to join her Lord and beloved husband August on January 29, 2016 at Golden Living Center – Riverdale in Muscoda.

A celebration of Mary’s life will be held in Muscoda on Friday, February 5, 2016 with a visitation at St. John’s Church Hall from 10-11:50 a.m., with an American Legion Auxiliary Service to be held at 11:45 a.m.

A funeral mass is to be held at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church at 12 Noon, followed by a luncheon reception at St. John’s Church Hall.

The family suggests memorial donations be made in Mary’s name to: American Cancer Society Midwest Division States, St. Croix Hospice, and Corpus Christi Parish – St. John’s Church.
