Nancy Jane (Meininger) Horn, 55, Fennimore, passed away on Monday, Jan, 18, 2016 peacefully at home after a two year battle with brain cancer.

    A memorial service celebrating Nancy’s life will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 22, 2016 at Castle Rock Lutheran Church in rural Fennimore. Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 21 at the Larson Family Funeral Home in Fennimore and from 10: a.m. until the time of service at the church on Friday morning. Interment of the cremains will take place a later date in the Castle Rock Lutheran Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family asks folks to consider putting up a bird feeder or planting a bird friendly tree or shrub in Nancy’s memory. Memorials made in Nancy’s honor will be donated to a charity chosen by the family at a later date and online condolences may be made at larsonfuneralhomes.com.
