Paul V. Holzer, 64, Midwest, Wyo., passed away July 24, 2012 at Wyoming Medical Center. A cremation remembrance celebration was held at Newcomer Funeral Home in Casper, Wyo., on Monday, July 30 at 1 p.m. followed by a memorial at 2:30 p.m.
