Regina “Gena” Nelson, age 90, of Monona, passed away on Tuesday, January 15, 2013.

Funeral services were held at the Gunderson East Funeral Home in Madison at 1 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 21, 2013 with the Rev. Terese Leonhard presiding. Burial was in the Roselawn Memorial Park. Visitation was held at the funeral home from 11 a.m. until the time of services. Memorials are suggested to Agrace HospiceCare or to Olbrich Botanical Gardens. A special thank you to all of her friends and to the caregivers at Heritage Monona.
