Rick L. Slack, 75, of Livingston, passed away on Aug. 11, 2019 surrounded by family. He was born to parents Raymond and Anita (Noble) Slack on May 4, 1944 in Platteville.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday Aug. 16 at Soman- Larson Funeral Home in Montfort with burial to follow in the Rock Church Cemetery in rural Livingston. Visitation will be held from 4–7 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 15 at the Soman-Larson Funeral Home in Montfort and from 10 a.m. until time of service on Friday morning.
