Ricky LaVerne “Rick” Hoffman, 53, of Dodgeville, formerly of Platteville, died on Tuesday, May 2, 2017.

A Celebration of Life and Time of Gathering was from 3 – 5 p.m. on Tuesday, May 9, with a Memorial Service at 5 p.m. at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory, Platteville.  Rev.
