Robert Bezin (Bob) Benedict), 75, Viroqua passed away on Thursday, December 8, 2017 in Gundersen Lutheran Hospital in La Crosse following a stroke surrounded by family and close friends. His funeral was held on Monday, Dec. 11, 2017 at St. Isaac of Syria Orthodox Monastery in Boscobel. Fr. Thomas Kulp officiated, followed by a home burial midst a dramatic snowstorm and a reception at the Gays Mills Kickapoo Culinary Center. “His soul shall rest with the blessed.”
