DUBUQUE, IOWA—Robert H. “Jerry” Patterson, age 86, passed away Thursday, June 9, 2016 at Stonehill Care Center in Dubuque, Iowa.

Funeral services with military honors accorded by Richard Burns American Legion Post No. 109, William Pollock VFW Post No. 2344, and DAV No. 40, was held on Tuesday, June 14, at 11 a.m. at the Lancaster Congregational Church, with Rev. Mark Dieter officiating. Private family burial was in Windridge Memorial Park Cemetery in Cary, Ill. Schwartz Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Lancaster assisted the family.
