Robert L. “Bob” White, Jr., age 54 of Platteville, WI, formerly of Darlington, WI passed away Saturday, November 21, 2015 at South West Health Center Clinic in Platteville. He was born October 30, 1961 in Cuba City, WI the son of Robert and Shirley (Long) White. Bob graduated from Arrowhead High School in Pewaukee, WI and later went on to receive a certificate in Automotive Technology from South Bay Technical College in Hawthorne, CA. He was united in marriage to Tammy Barnes on June 20, 1981 in Torrance, CA. He grew up in the Southwest Wisconsin area before moving to the Madison/Milwaukee areas. Following his return to the Shullsburg area, they moved to Southern California in 1980. Bob returned to Darlington in 1985 and in 2013 moved to Platteville where he and Tammy have resided since.
    Bob is survived by his wife Tammy at home; two children: Crystal Ann (Keith) McCallister of Darlington and Damien Lee (Brittany Janz) White of Madison, WI; four grandchildren: Colton Starr, and Dakota, Kallie, and Alliyah McCallister; three brothers: Randy (Lisa) White of Brooklyn, WI, Rodney (Diane) White of Allenton, WI, and Rick White of Sheboygan Falls, WI; three sisters: Cindi (Tony Standifer) Moore of Darlington, Pam (Terry) Reuter of rural Darlington, and Tammy (Rob Noble) White of Gratiot, WI; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; one son: Wyatt in infancy, and step-mother: Barb White.
    Bob was a true blue Packers fan and loved to watch them on Sundays. He enjoyed playing scrabble with Tammy and spending time outdoors camping, fishing, hiking, and canoeing.  Bob will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his family and friends.
    A funeral service will be held Friday, November 27, 2015 at 4:00 P.M. at Erickson Funeral Home (508 Main Street, Darlington) with Rev. Mark Gilberts of Lafayette County Christian Center officiating. A visitation will be held on Friday, November 27, 2015 from 1:00 P.M. until the time of services at the funeral home.
