POTOSI—Rosemary F. Oyen, age 84, of Potosi, died on Thursday, Sept. 17, 2015 at Mercy Medical Center, Dubuque, Iowa. 

Funeral services were 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 21, at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church, Tennyson.  Fr. Richard Leffler officiated.  Burial was at the church cemetery.
