Vernon Thomas ‘Jack’ Cowling, 78, of Richland Center passed away on Wednesday, June 29, 2016, at UW Hospital in Madison from complications following heart surgery. 

A visitation was held on Tuesday, July 5, at Pratt Memorial Chapel. A private family burial will be held in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery at a later date.
