Virginia Evelyn Belscamper, 85, Fennimore, died on Tuesday morning, July 14, 2015 at Mercy Hospital in Dubuque, Ia.

She was born on Oct. 7, 1929 in Lancaster, the daughter of Virgil and Mildred (Platt) Burton. She married Bob Belscamper on May 3, 1950 at the Lancaster United Methodist Church.

Funeral services were held Friday, July 17, 2015 at the Fennimore United Methodist Church. Burial followed in the Hillside Cemetery in Lancaster.  Renee Thomas officiated.

The Larson Family Funeral Home in Fennimore assisted the family.

In lieu of plants and flowers, a memorial fund is being established in loving memory of Virginia E. Belscamper.
