Wayne Arthur Piper, 82, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 6 at his home with loved ones at his side. Funeral services for Wayne will be held on Thursday, November 10, 2016 at 11 a.m. at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Seneca. Fr. Zacharie Beya will officiate with burial in the church cemetery where military graveside rites will be conducetd.
