William “Bill” Howard Maness, 65, Stitzer, passed away on Sunday, June 9, 2019, at Grant Regional Health Center in Lancaster.
A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Sunday, June 30 at Stitzer United Methodist Church. He was buried at Biscoe Cemetery, Biscoe, North Carolina.
